Jodi Grassmeyer

Jodi Grassmeyer graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1980 and Creighton University School of Law in 1983.  She was admitted to practice in Arizona in 1987.  From 1987 to 1997 she handled administrative oversight for self-funded employee benefit programs in Southern Arizona.  Ms. Grassmeyer started her own practice in 1997 handling commercial collections and in 2001 narrowed her specialty to handle only collection of delinquent accounts on behalf of homeowner's associations (HOA's).  Ms. Grassmeyer currently represents approximately 170 homeowner's associations in Pima and Cochise counties.  Ms. Grassmeyer makes all court appearances on behalf of clients, is responsible for asset and wage garnishments after a judgment is obtained in favor of the HOA, prepares requests for excess funds disbursements with the Pima County Treasurer's Office and attends HOA Board meetings on a regular basis.  Ms. Grassmeyer works with HOA managers at HOA management companies in Tucson, Oro Valley, Green Valley, Saharita and Sierra Vista as well as a variety of self-managed associations.

 

Ms. Grassmeyer is a founder of Canyon Community Bank which began operations in Tucson in October of 2000 and currently serves as Chairman of the Bank’s Board of Directors. She volunteers at her children's schools, is actively involved as an advocate for children in foster care in Pima County and enjoys spending her spare time at the family's cattle ranch in Cochise County.
