Kathy Weinreb, the Firm's legal assistant, graduated from Hillsdale College with a degree in Business Administration and a Paralegal Certificate.  She has twenty-five (25) years experience as a legal assistant, with the last eleven (11) years in HOA collections with The Grassmeyer Law Firm.  She is responsible for assisting the Firm in all aspects of the HOA collection process, including working with homeowners both pre and post judgment to satisfy their debt to the HOA, as well as filing, monitoring and drafting pleadings for Judgments in favor of the HOA.

 

During a six (6) year hiatus from the legal profession while her two children were in elementary school, Ms. Weinreb was a regular school volunteer, was in charge of the school lunch program and served as Brownie leader.  She assists her husband in a small tax practice business and is an avid U of A basketball and football fan.
