Dee Borendame, the Firm's Paralegal graduated from Pima Community College  in 2024 with an associates degree in Paralegal Studies. She has been with The Grassmeyer Law Firm since 2018, and is now responsible for assisting the attorney in all aspects of the HOA and Contract collection process.   

 

Ms. Borendame spent the prior nine (9) years in homeowner association management. 

Her experience as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), both for large portfolios and as an on-site manager for a large condominium community in Tucson have been very useful in her roles working for the firm.

 

Ms. Borendame will be semi-retired in July 2026, allowing her to spend more time doing the things retirement is designed for.
